You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy in two ways. For the Website, you agree by continuing to use and provide Personal Information to us through the Website. For the App, by clicking “Accept” in our App. When you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy on the App, you are agreeing to the same terms for any and all employers whose payroll information you view on the App.
We may amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and without notice or consent (unless required by law) by posting a new version with an updated effective date at the top of the policy.
What Information We Collect
We collect two types of information about you: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. Personal information is information that by itself or in combination with other available information could be reasonably expected to identify you. Non-Personal Information is all other information and examples are provided below.
Personal Information is collected in several ways:
- When you register to use our App
- When you contact us on the Website or through the App and
- When your employer provides us with payroll related information
You do not need to provide Personal Information in order to visit the Website, but certain aspects of the Website may not work or may not work as well as when Personal Information is provided. In order to use the App, you are required to provide Personal Information. Use of the Website and App are voluntary.

- Payroll information (such as your rate of compensation, amounts withheld, benefit elected and their cost) and other information that is provided on or in relation to your paystub from your employer.
Non-Personal Information include information about the browser you are using to visit the Website, the specifications of the device on which the App is used, the web pages or parts of the App you utilize and your IP Address (your IP Address is sometimes considered Personal Information depending on where you reside). This information is normally aggregated in a manner that does not permit the identification of individuals.
How We Use or Process Information We Collect
We use and process your Personal Information in several ways, including:
- We use the Personal Information you provide when you create an account to allow you to log into the Website or App, to verify who you are and to personalize the Website or App for your use.
- To provide you with your paystubs and other information related to your compensation, withholding and reporting of compensation.
- Log in information (including log in identification as well as related security questions and answers).
- As required by law.
- In any other manner in which you have consented.
We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Website and provide you with new features and options.
